Note:	The factory started operation in 1983. The new enterprise was established on the assets of the bankrupted and liquidated Xumo-Uch, OJSC. Due to bankruptcy the factory had not been operating since October 2009. The company is currently carrying out repair and renewal operations. The production was resumed on May 2010.
