The 100% share of JSC “NBU Invest Group” in the authorized capital of LLC “Zomin Ropeway,” which is implementing the project “Construction of a modern cable car” in the territory of the “Zomin” tourist zone in the Zaamin district of the Jizzakh region, is put up for auction under the following conditions:

(a) Starting cost – 215 067 000 000,0 (two hundred fifteen billion sixty-seven million) soums;

(b) Payment of at least 100 percent of the sale price of the share in the authorized capital of the trading object must be made within a period not exceeding 3 months from the date of signing the purchase and sale agreement;

(c) The Investor is responsible for the proper functioning and operation of the “Zaamin” cable cars with strict observance of safety regulations, including strict adherence to the “Rules for the Construction and Safe Operation of Cable Roads,” regulations for the maintenance and repair of cable cars, as well as the involvement of qualified personnel.
